so summing up the cons affecting the occupancy of this train are as follows :
1. More stops needed at the earliest :
for good occupancy you have to have following stops, as RB would cry foul over the losses later on :
bhatapara
bhilai...
more... power house
bina malkhedi
gwalior
mathura
agra cantt
ballabhgarh/faridabad
shakur basti
bahadurgarh
2. lack of public awareness, no media/press pr for rural people/labour class/migrants.
3. 15% extra surcharge fare which is unknown to 99% of its customers. also, they come to know about it rarerl that too after boarding it. how will tte manage this.
4. average priority . they are charging extra but priority is low even if it is tagged as super fast . wcr run passenger train ahead of this one. allowed two hour late running shipra to move ahead , even when this one was delayed by 5 minutes only.
NCR allowed multiple useless overtakes from malwa, 22181, upsk etc. agar slow hi chalan hai to stops badhaya jaaye.
5. vague timing; who will board general class train at 1 am in night from firozpur and delhi in the morning . it should have been delayed by 5 hrs
