If the present rake condition should be the sole criteria..then give them a new ICF rake or Model rake.

Continuing why was SK-12393/94 was given a LHB rake. It was doing good with ICF rake. The sole reason was popularity. The best train originating from PNBE gets the LHB for more comfort to its passengers.
