From these two Videos of 2013 regarding Food & AC Issue of 12314 SDAH Raj it is seen that "ONLY in SDAH Rajdhani IRCTC Officers hardly has any Surveillance when Food is loaded in the Pantry Car". As per this Video in other Rajdhanis Surveillance of IRCTC Officers are there when Food is loaded in the Train. Don't know what is the Truth. However the DRM of SDAH denied these inconveniences of SDAH Rajdhani & blame the Passengers that they are lying(As per both of these Videos). At CNB when Passengers went to GRP to register complain they attacked passengers with Lathi(Stick) and RPF personnel too attacked Female Passengers with Stick at CNB(As per this Video)... Sheer inconvenience and shameful too.
