A very interesting observation in ERS printed from IRCTC! I booked tickets for myself, my wife and my 8 year old daughter. Reservation status is confirmed for all 3 of us, however when I print ERS from IRCTC website, it always says "No seat/berth" only against my daughter's name. The Coach#, berth# are visible in the same ERS for me and my wife. I checked that the 3 berth numbers were mentioned in the SMS received from IRCTC after booking, I also verified this by calling 139 - it is giving correct information!
Did anyone else find anything similar? Is it normal that the Seat/ Berth number for a 8 year old child will not be mentioned in ERS even after confirmed...
