Railways have decided to run additional special trains between Vizianagaram –Tirupati and between Visakhaptnam- Vijayawada-Dharmavaram to clear extra rush of pilgrims during Godavari Pushkaram.

1. Tirupati- Vizianagaram-Tirupati Special Trains (9 services):

The train No. 07721 Tirupati-Vizianagaram Special Train will leave Tirupati at 23:00 hrs o¬n 14th 16th 18th 20th and 23rd July, 2015 which will reach Vizianagaram at 15.35hrs o¬n the next day.
In the return direction, the train No. 07722 Vizianagaram- Tirupati Special Train will leave Vizianagaram at 16.45 hrs o¬n 15th 17th 19th and 21stJuly, 2015, and will reach Tirupati at 11:45 hrs o¬n the next day.
Enroute stoppages: Renigunta, Srikalahasti, Gudur, Nellore, o¬ngole, Tenali, New Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Kovvur, Godavari, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalli, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam in both directions and have composition of 2nd AC-1, 3rd AC-1, Sleeper-8, General Second class -8, Second class sitting cum luggage-2.

2. Tirupati- Vizianagaram-Tirupati Special Trains (2 services):

The train No. 07723 Tirupati-Vizianagaram Special Train will leave Tirupati at 22:30 hrs o¬n 25th July, 2015 and will reach Vizianagaram at 15.35hrs o¬n the next day.
In the return direction, Train No. 07724 Vizianagaram- Tirupati Special Train will leave Vizianagaram at 16.45 hrs o¬n 26th July, 2015, and will reach Tirupati at 11:45 hrs o¬n the next day.

Enroute stoppages: Visakhapatnam, Duvvada, Anakapalli, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Kovvur, Nidadavolu, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Tenali,Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Srikalahasti, Renigunta in both directions and have the composition of 2nd AC-1, 3rd AC-1, Sleeper-8, General Second class -8, Second class sitting cum luggage-2.

4. Dharmavaram-Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada special train (2 services):
The train No. 07876 Dharmavaram-Visakhapatnam will leave Dharmavaram on 14.07.2015 at 07.45hrs with its arrival at Rajahmundry at 23.00hrs and departure at 23.10hrs and will reach Visakhapatnam on the next day at 02.40hrs (early hours 15.07.2015).

In return direction the train No. 07877 Visakapatnam-Vijayawada special train will leave Visakhapatnam on 15.07.2015 at 04.00hrs with its arrival at Rajahmundry at arrival 07.10hrs and departure at 07.20hrs and will reach Vijayawada on the same day at 09.50hrs.
Composition: General Second class -11, Second class sitting cum luggage-2.


5. Vijayawada-Visakahpatnam-Dharmavaram special train (2 services):

The train No. 07878 Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam special train will leave Vijayawada on 16.07.2015 at 16.30hrs with its arrival at Rajahmundry at 20.15 and departure at 20.20hrs and will reach Visakhapatnam on the same day mid-night at 00.30hrs.

In return direction the train No. 07879 Visakhapatnam-Dharmavaram special train will leave Visakhapatnam on 02.00hrs on 17.07.2015 with its arrival at Rajahmundry at 05.25hrs and departure at 05.30hrs and will reach Dharamvaram on the same day at 21.50hrs.
Composition: General Second class -11, Second class sitting cum luggage-2

6. Dharmavaram – Visakhapatnam-Tirupati special trains (2 services):

The train No. 07880 Dharmavaram- Visakhapatnam special train will leave Dharmavaram on 18.07.2015 at 07.45hrs with its arrival at Rajahmundry at 23.00 and departure at 23.10hrs and will reach Visakapatnam on the next day at 02.40hrs (early hours of 19.07.2015).

In return direction the train No. 07881 Visakapatnam-Tirupati special train will leave Visakhapatnam on 19.07.2015 at 04.00hrs with its arrival at Rajahmundry at 07.10hrs and departure at 07.20hrs and will reach Tirupati on the same day at 19.00hrs.

SPECIAL TRAINS FOR NAVAKALEBAR RATH YATRA

Navakalebar Rath Yatra will be held at Puri from 18.07.2015 to 28.07.2015. The three auspicious days during the Rath Yatra are Gundicha Yatra (18.07.2015), Bahuda Yatra (26.07.2015) and Sunavesha (27.07.2015). In view of this Railways will run special trains for the convenience of devotees on these three occasions.

1. The train No. 05815 Visakhapatnam-Puri special train will leave Visakhapatnam on 17.07.2015 (Friday) at 11.00hrs and will reach Puri on 18.07.2015 at 02.00hrs (early hours of Saturday).


In return direction the train No. 05816 Puri-Visakhapatnam special train will leave Puri on 19.07.2015 at 01.15hrs (early hours of Sunday) and will reach Visakhapatnam on the same day 12.30hrs.

This pair of trains have composition of Seven(7) Sleeper class Coaches, One Second Class Chair Car, Ten General Second Class coaches, Two Second class sitting cum luggage coaches.

2. The train No. 05831 Jagdalpur-Puri special train will leave Jagdalpur on 17.07.2015 (Friday) at 16.00hrs and will reach Puri on the next day 18.07.2015 at 13.00hrs.

In return direction the train No.05832 Puri-Jagdalpur special train will leave Puri on 19.07.2015 at 01.45 hrs (early hours of Sunday) and will reach Jagdalpur on the same day at 21.30hrs.


This pair of trains has composition of Thirteen (13) General Second Class coaches and Two (02) Second class sitting cum luggage coaches.


3. The train No. 05835 Visakhapatnam-Puri special train will leave Visakhapatnam on 25.07.2015 (Saturday) at 11.00hrs and will reach Puri on 26.07.2015 at 02.00hrs (early hours of Sunday).

In return direction the train No. 05836 Puri-Visakhapatnam special train will leave Puri on 26.07.2015 at 18.15hrs (Sunday) and will reach Visakhapatnam on the next day, 27.07.2015 (Monday) at 05.30hrs.

4. The train No. 05865 Visakhapatnam-Puri special train will leave Visakhapatnam on 27.07.2015 (Monday) at 06.00hrs and will reach Puri on the same day at 15.30hrs.

In return direction the train No. 05866 Puri-Visakhapatnam special train will leave Puri on 28.07.2015 at 01.00hrs (Tuesday) will reach Visakhapatnam on the same day at 13.00hrs.


The above two pair of trains (05835/36 and 05865-66) have composition of Seven(7) Sleeper class Coaches, One Second Class Chair Car, Ten General Second Class coaches, Two Second class sitting cum luggage coaches.


All the above special trains will run as passenger trains and stop at all stations between Puri and Originating stations.
