On June 25, 2024, a new special train, the Tatanagar - Varanasi Special Fare Summer Special (Train No. 08103), was added to the schedule. This train runs between Tatanagar Junction (TATA) and Varanasi Junction (BSB).

25 June, 2024 ko, ek nayi special train, Tatanagar - Varanasi Special Fare Summer Special (Train No. 08103), schedule mein add ki gayi hai. Ye train Tatanagar Junction (TATA) aur Varanasi Junction (BSB) ke beech chalta hai.

Might be via ASN. Because via gaya there is already VB. It might have clashing TT and 80% route would be same if gone via gaya. If CDO will be TATA. Otherwise via gaya might be possible.

Yes, even though gaya is already having a VB for patna, then also it matters. Because for Tata pax. it is needed for connectivity to gaya.

For BSB, it will need extra 3 hours. And in total 10 hours travel time, 1 rake is not possible. Second thing is, it takes 11 hrs to reach BSB from tata even through bus also and few trains like 18103, 15021 and 12875 as well. No point of extension.

Let's see what happens. According to my prediction, it will go via ASN. Because it will belong to SER and slot won't be available via gaya.
Edit-Even Purushottam exp/mahabodhi exp TT can also face some issues.

Clearly, I don't understand the TT of Dibrugarh rajdhani. Down train arrives BSB at 1:30 am, which is fine for being overnight journey. But incase of UP train its not beneficial. Same will happen incase of GKP as well.

Impossible. Instead any VB, Humsafar is possible. But rajdhani is not possible. LKO rajdhani was a biggest flop, due to which it is running as AC SF. For shorter distance people are not interested to pay premium.

Boss, agar rajdhani BSB ke jaga GKP jayegi toh koi strike wagera nhi hone waala hai. Toh notice cancel hone ka chance toh nhi hai. Lekin Arunachal express ko hi Rajdhani categorize karna zaada better hota, but problem is, it is not faster as Rajdhani, and Rajdhani level Time Slot is not available. Baaki priority dekha jaye toh generally ANVT 3 hrs late aati hai. Usme bohot reform chahiye hoga

Commercial and Social Activities are totally different @Mridul. Mixing such things are not possible. Simply IR Management is responsible. There can be many reasons for such thing.

Signal didn't worked properly, LPs are overburdened in their work. Equipment fault, anything is possible. I am absolutely not in favour of the current BJP Cabinet. Rail Ministry should open more vacancies to balance the burden. And proper checks to be done of Equipments. (But this a true fact that LPs are overburdened and have to work overtime).
